By deciding a base palette that is naturally harmonious - in our example we went for pinkish neutrals, dashes of black and gold and a popping, surprising color such as coral or cherry red - you can mix prints and patterns in the same color range as well as combining knits with more delicate fabrics or adding metallic touches.
Texture indeed creates contrast: the more you use it, the outfit possibilities will be virtually endless.
